Access, special requirements, parking & facilities
It is pretty rural out here!
Access
We are situated in a private complex, in the center of 17 houses. Please be respectful of all of our neighbours, as you drive through and the speed limit of 10 mph, as there are children on site. As you enter off Trinity Hill you will see 'Compostela' in front of you on the right, with a greenhouse, drive to this area and park.
Special Requirements
Wherever possible we will make adjustments to cater for your needs here at Snowdrop studio. Please however contact Lisa if you have any mobility, hearing or sight requirements before booking.
Facilities
There are few facilities in Medstead, however we do have a Handy Store where you can buy basic provisions and food and there is the Castle of Comfort pub next door.
How We Do Things
General
A couple of things to be aware of:-

We are a non smoking site both within and outside the studio.

You need to be over 15 to book on a slot unaccompanied or over 12 accompanied by an adult.

At your first visit we will go through key elements such as how to maintain your wellbeing in an art studio and the use of masks and goggles depending on the activities you are involved in. We have a Health & Safety checklist that we can go through together.
Reschedule Policy
Sometimes life happens and you may need to reschedule a booking. Up-to 14 days before your slot you will be able to re-schedule your slot yourself, if there is further availability on another date . Go into your bookings and choose re-schedule. If this is not possible please contact me directly and we will try to be flexible. Please note this is not always possible. In general bookings cannot be reschedules within a 14 day time period of the session, however if you cannot attend and you can contact me, I will then try to find a replacement. If this is possible, I will then provide a credit note, minus a £7.50 administration fee.
Availability of classes
If you have a gift certificate and cannot find availability on our calendar, in the first instance please contact me directly on snowdropstudio1@gmail.com, and I will try and accommodate. If this is not possible, I will be releasing new dates, so please sign upto the mailing list to receive notifications.
Online shop returns
I really hope that you are happy with any piece that you purchase from us. However, if you are not, please contact me at snowdropstudio1@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order and I will arrange a refund or an exchange where possible.
Items must be returned to me in the same condition in which they were sent. I'm afraid I am not able to cover any of the postage costs. Any refund given will have the postage costs deducted. The parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches me so please obtain proof of postage.
Online shop breakages
I take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur. If your item arrives broken please photograph the item and email me at snowdropstudio1@gmail.com within two days of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.
